Central Florida · Broker-Associate, eXp Realty
Some houses are sold. Others have to be untangled first.
Twenty years of Florida real estate, and before that a construction company building four hundred homes a year. Both turn out to matter when a property needs work before it can be sold.
Broker-Associate
I'm Mike Crawford. Crawford Living is deliberately small — you work with me, not with a team you were handed off to.
Much of my work involves property held in an estate: helping personal representatives, and the attorneys who advise them, get a house through probate and sold. It's unhurried work, and it usually arrives at a difficult time for a family.
I also represent buyers and sellers in ordinary resale and in new construction. Estate work is a specialty, not the whole practice.

Where to start
-
01
If you're settling an estate
What usually has to happen with the house, what I can take off your plate, and how it typically starts.
-
02
If you're a probate attorney
What I handle on the property side, so the cleanouts, repairs and heirs with questions don't land back on your desk.
-
03
If you just want to know who I am
The background, why the practice is one person by choice, and what the tagline is meant to mean.
Getting in touch
A phone call, and usually not a long one.
You tell me where things stand, I tell you what I'd expect the property to need, and you decide whether it's worth going further. No charge for that conversation and no obligation attached to it.
